Career
Jill began her career in 2007 as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, quickly becoming a trusted leader in the local fitness community. Her classes drew large, dedicated followings, with sessions welcoming well over 100 participants—an early reflection of her ability to motivate, educate, and connect.
In 2011, Jill founded JABS, the first boutique fitness studio on the East End. The studio offered a wide range of classes and personalized training options, serving thousands of individuals across varying levels of experience and ability. JABS also became a meaningful part of the community, actively supporting and hosting charitable organizations and events.
In 2022, JABS evolved into Jill Schroeder Training, reflecting a more focused, individualized approach. Today, Jill integrates her advanced knowledge of anatomy, medical exercise, and Neurokinetic Therapy to design thoughtful, customized programs that support each client’s unique goals.
